Products are supplied to licensed researchers, scientists, physicians, and qualified research professionals aged 21 or over. Accounts are reviewed before pricing and ordering are unlocked.
Why is pricing hidden until I sign in?
Pricing and ordering are reserved for verified research accounts. Registering with your professional details starts the review; once approved, prices appear across the catalog.
Are these products for human use?
No. Every product is for research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, self-administration, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use, and have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, EMA, or any regulatory authority for those purposes.
How do I get the documentation for a batch?
Contact us with the batch number printed on your vial label and we will retrieve the documentation held for that lot.
How are orders handled?
Submitted orders are reviewed before dispatch. Order confirmation includes the final shipping cost, which is added before payment is collected. You can see the status of every order in your account.
Where do you ship?
Orders are dispatched from Washington State. We ship within the United States; availability elsewhere depends on local law, so contact us before ordering from outside the United States.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Report damaged, leaking, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs. See our returns and damaged-product policy for details.
Do you accept returns of opened materials?
Opened or used vials cannot be returned, because material integrity cannot be verified once it has left our control. Unopened items may be returned only with prior authorisation.
