Damaged or incorrect shipments
We take care to pack materials for safe transit, but we do not accept returns or provide replacements or refunds for items damaged in shipping or delivered incorrectly.
If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, you may report it through the contact page so we can review the matter, but no return, replacement, or refund will be provided.
No returns of opened or unopened materials
Opened and unopened materials alike cannot be returned. Research materials cannot be re-verified for integrity after leaving our facility, so no returns are accepted under any circumstance.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once a shipment has left our facility, no refund or return is available.
Refunds
No refunds are issued. All payments are final, including for damaged, incorrect, or unsuitable shipments.
