Every product offered by Origyn Biotech is supplied strictly for laboratory research. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, self-administration, therapeutic use, or diagnostic use.

No statement on this site should be read as a claim of safety or efficacy in humans or animals.

Access to pricing and ordering requires a research account. Accounts are reviewed before approval, and approval may be declined or withdrawn where the information provided cannot be verified or where the intended use appears inconsistent with research use only.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account.

Submitted orders are requests to purchase and are confirmed after review. Pricing is shown only to verified accounts and may change before an order is confirmed.

We may decline or cancel an order where eligibility, documentation, or jurisdictional requirements are not met. Amounts are quoted in US dollars.

Shipping and delivery terms are described in our Shipping information page. Damaged or incorrect shipments are handled under our Returns and damaged-product policy.

You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction, including any restriction on the import, possession, or use of research materials. You agree not to resell, repackage, or redistribute materials for consumer or clinical use.

To the extent permitted by law, Origyn Biotech is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of materials supplied, or from any use inconsistent with research use only. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from the date it is posted.
